Working hand-in-hand with the brilliant Catherine Ugwu and her team, I spent four months working as broadcast director on this beautiful, original, stadium-sized theatrical production in UAE. To celebrate National Day 48, in a major break with tradition, the Royal Family commissioned this ambitious, original, narrative show: a cast and crew of over 5000, a budget of many tens of millions, and a one-off, 20 camera, live broadcast.
