ABOUT ME

I direct films, create live experiences and work with brands. The forms change. My curiosity doesn’t.

I’m drawn to people, culture, ideas and the forces shaping them. That curiosity has taken me from intimate documentary to large-scale television and spectacle, deep into brand world, and live performance.

I make films about culture - and what it tells us about being human: art, sport, music, technology and the world at large. It started with Jump London, a film that brought Parkour to the world's attention, but more recent work includes WHAM! 10 Days in China, Nick Cave’s Veiled World and The Pilgrimage of Gilbert & George, alongside films about New Order, Suede and Berlin's historic Hansa Studios. My extensive documentary work has been shown across broadcasters and platforms including BBC, Channel 4, Sky, Discovery, Showtime, Amazon Prime, History and ARTE.

I also direct films for brands and create work in real space. Clients have included G42, Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1, Apple, LEGO, Red Bull, Pepsi and Monster Energy. Live work has ranged from the London 2012 Ceremonies and New Order concerts to national celebrations, major broadcast events and G42’s Supercharged.

Moving between disciplines keeps stretching the work - intimacy and story from documentary, scale and experience from live, precision and invention from brands. Each feeds the others creatively, and sometimes unexpectedly. And it's work that's been recognised by the Emmys, BAFTA, RTS, Rose d’Or, Grierson, FOCAL and New York Festivals.

I’m a director and Creative Director of Supercollider at Zinc Media Group. I live in London and work globally.

Let’s play :)
